Possibly you are having symptoms of menopause..I would check with your doctor. Before you take any over the counter medications, including herbal supplements…make sure you talk to a doctor or pharmacist..it can affect existing conditions you may have, or may not be ok with any other medications you may be taking..Good luck!

it’s menopause. you have the option of getting hormone replacement therapy from your doctor or herbal medicine from a holistic doctor but go see one it will help.

Yes, it definitely sounds like menopausal hot flashes. You might want to talk to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy (which may not be indicated, depending on the type of cancer you had). In most women, they go away after the 1st year.

Reducing stress in your life will definitely help. Also give yourself plenty of time to do what you need to do in your daily life. Don’t be in hurries that will elevate your stress level causing some of those symptoms.

I will come back and give you more tips later on in the next week.

this sounds like menopause to me. there is a blood test that will tell you for sure based on your hormone levels. your ob/gyn can order it and definitely check w/ dr’s before taking any herbal stuff; they can sometimes affect drugs you are taking now and that would not be a good risk. you’ll want your dr. to rule anything else out as well. my sister went through breast cancer treatment and the same symptoms.
